Repair was half as much as I thought it would be, and a fourth of the time I thought it would take. Workers were friendly, and I was relieved that my car was fixed in under 4 hours.

Best shop in London. I reached out to several shops around London to fix my BMW and most didn’t respond back to me (after speaking to them and telling me they would call back with pricing) or were too expensive. VIP NAPA was fantastic and the only place I will bring any of my cars got repairs and maintenance moving forward.

The front staff are very knowledgeable and explain difficult automotive matters in simple, layman terms for me. They are friendly, and and approachable.

I have an older vehicle and have had all my car issues assessed and fixed in a very timely fashion.

I also like receiving the digital maintenance reports that inform me of potential issues.

I called because my tire had a leak and needing it fixed right away. Brian and Angelo were able to fit me in at a convenient time and was on my way and ready within 20 minutes of the appointment.

Stopped in to get my car looked at because of bottom panel falling off due to snow, it had torn off the caps/screws. They were so friendly, brought my car in immediately and had it fixed in minutes.
