Angelo and his crew saved our vacation! We were in from out of town and the starter in our Honda Pilot died. I got it towed in and the part was there waiting for me. The crew fixed up the car while I waited. While I was there, I watched Angelo serve his community by giving advice and helping people where he could. I was grateful that they squeezed me in on a Saturday too. Would highly recommend this place!

Front drivers side axle ( wearing because of obvious ripped boot ) , also worn front wheel bearing passenger side very noisy.
Reason for getting appraisal . Almost half the cost of others AND no malarkey about needing other repairs that others wanted to do and charge me . Auto pro just said keep an eye/ ear out for certain sights and sound ( clunking ) control arm bearing needing repair soon . Wow totally impressed . No Over charging ... I def recommend !

Repair was half as much as I thought it would be, and a fourth of the time I thought it would take. Workers were friendly, and I was relieved that my car was fixed in under 4 hours.

Best shop in London. I reached out to several shops around London to fix my BMW and most didn’t respond back to me (after speaking to them and telling me they would call back with pricing) or were too expensive. VIP NAPA was fantastic and the only place I will bring any of my cars got repairs and maintenance moving forward.

The front staff are very knowledgeable and explain difficult automotive matters in simple, layman terms for me. They are friendly, and and approachable.

I have an older vehicle and have had all my car issues assessed and fixed in a very timely fashion.

I also like receiving the digital maintenance reports that inform me of potential issues.

I can’t speak highly enough about the Premiere Service I get from VIP Auto. Angelo is the best Service Advisor I have ever had. He hears me out, gives his professional advice; I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. 100 perfect, trustworthy, effective, affordable and friendly. I called because my tire had a leak and needing it fixed right away. Brian and Angelo were able to fit me in at a convenient time and was on my way and ready within 20 minutes of the appointment.
