Went to the shop today, was to do a chemical spaying to get rid of carbon deposits in the engine of my vehicle, the technician told me that since my vehicle is hybrid, it's too early to do the service. First time a car shop turned down my business because of their professional judgement. Will go back for other services for sure!

First time coming here, I had an awesome experience at NAPA VIP Auto Pro with my Honda Accord. The team quickly diagnosed and fixed my alternator issue as well as repaired the control arm, and my car is running great again. What really stood out was how thorough and honest they were—they also pointed out some major services that are important for safety, which I really appreciated. It shows they genuinely care about their customers and not just quick fixes. A special thanks to Rupert, the service advisor, and Ryan, the technician, for their professionalism and great work. Rupert took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth. The pricing was very reasonable, and they’re willing to work with your budget, which makes a big difference. took my 09 torrent in cause it started to act up while i was driving home guys took it in at 5:30 before closing got all the parts for it told me it wasn’t worth putting more money into it and only charged me for the diagnostics they could of charged a lot more but didn’t i definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get there car fixed very trustworthy and honest with what they do will be back here if my new car ever has a problem

Brought my Nissan frontier in for an oil change but had a squeak coming from the front wheel, found out it was a ball joint needing replacement.Booked in for that and was told up front the cost and time to finish,was surprised that they were exactly what I was told ,no extra costs, pictures to show the faulty part so I didn't feel taken advantage of and felt my business was valued and not just more profit for their big corporation.Staff was super trustful ,helpful and friendly, I will definitely be making them my go to garage for any other things I need done.

I ran into an unexpected situation with a nail lodged in the tire. I dropped in without an appointment. Rupert and Ryan were awesome and gracious! While visiting London from Ottawa I smelled burning rubber and knew my alignment was off. These guys fit me in on the Saturday of a long weekend and I was in and out within an hour with corrected alignment. Best service I've had at a mechanic to date and my new bar for future service anywhere else (if I lived in London this would now be my go-to mechanic). Special shout-out to Angelo and his terrific customer service and demeanor. Stop looking for a mechanic, ditch the dealership and call these guys.

Great recent experience at VIP Autopro. I brought in my 2011 Ford Escape with several issues needing attention (oil change, slow puncture, knocking sounds, oil leak). I drove away in what felt like a new car. Great communication throughout, detailed digital report afterwards (including photographs of all the issues), and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Had a tire change. Immediately following, I noticed some strange sounds coming from one of my tires. Turns out they accidentally broke a coil spring. They ended up offering to pay for the parts and an alignment, and I only had to pay the labour. I appreciated that.

I really appreciate the service I received. Angelo F and Brian assisted me quickly and provided great advice regarding the concerns I had about my tires. They were so accommodating and found a replacement set of tires that fit my budget and took care of installing them within minutes. I had paid 1/2 what I was quoted at a local garage (to me in Port Rowan area) Thank you for the quality service and Bob was kind to call and confirm that the tires are performing well and that I was satisfied with the service, I haven’t been treated that well in 30 years I’ve owned and maintained vehicles. I will drive from 2 hours away to have my vehicle maintained with them! Thank you So much!! Having a good mechanic is as important as a good doctor in my opinion. I need my vehicle to be safe and sound to keep myself and my precious passengers safe. And thanks to this crew I feel cared for too!!
