Brought my car in a few times for maintenance and minor repairs. Never had any issues with unexpected work being done or surprise charges showing up, in fact the last few times I paid less then what I was originally quoted. They always show you pictures of what they find and talk you over your options. Would highly recommend this location, veey happy with the service here!

Paul and Allen were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming when I walked through their doors just as they were closing. Without being able to identify the source of the problem, but knowing the car felt unsafe to drive, they immediately took to diagnosing the problem (without hesitation or comment about the fact that they were technically closed). They didn't rush the job, took their time explaining the issue, and rechecked their work once it was complete, so I felt safe driving the vehicle home. Beyond that, they were diplomatic with their comments about the work another service centre had completed and focused on their own work. They would not allow me to pay for the service. You do not see customer service or detailed work like this often anymore. I would highly recommend their services!

Paul and all the staff here are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their honesty is what keeps me coming back. From oil changes to larger repairs, I've brought in many cars here including my family members's cars. We've been through many repairs, from brakes to alignments, tires and sensors and A/C and regular maintenance and the list goes on. They've answered countless questions thoroughly no matter how big or small and I've learned so much, truthfully. When other mechanics couldn't figure it out, Paul & the technicians here did! They don't stop until the issue is fixed, because they actually care and know what they're doing. Their prices are fair and reasonable. The facility is accessible, clean, and you're always greeted in a friendly manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again for a job well done!!!

Without ever having been a customer previously, I called up randomly to discuss the issue I thought I had with my car based on the noise it was making. Paul politely suggested I was wrong and invited me to come down. He took my car for a spin and in about 30 seconds diagnosed the real problem. He invited me to leave it with him and gave me a lift to work. I had the full diagnostic report within the hour and the work was complete by early afternoon. I have a new auto shop.

I recently stopped by thinking I was at a parts store, looking for some much needed motor oil, before heading north on a camping trip the next morning. Thankfully, Paul was EXTREMELY helpful because their parts stores had closed by then. He took the time to have a look and knew I wasn't doing my engine any good. He topped it up for me and graciously told me not to worry about paying him anything. I had told him I would "pay it forward" as well as this review. I've brought my last two vehicles here. I trust this shop. You get a feel for these things. Paul is the manager he's knowledgeable and friendly. If your low on funds, he will take the time to explain what needs to be fixed immediately, and what can wait a little while. I'm buying a new pre-owned. Taking it straight to Paul's Techs for an inspection. UPDATE ***I called Paul from the dealership and he had me in next day for inspection. I've now purchased the vehicle. Thanks to my Technician Ahmed. He let me come in under the hoist and showed me the few concerns he had and why. I took a bunch of pictures and he spent a good amount of time talking with me (time which he doesn’t get paid for). I never felt rushed or pressured. Ahmed, you probably saved me $1,300 or more for $80. We'll worth it!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Also couple of times I didn't have a appointment and they were very busy but they still took me in and fixed my car. Napa on Florence St. is the garage I would definitely recommend. SUPER FRIENDLY. Paul is the main mechanic/shop owner I have dealt with since 2017 when I started taking my car to him for services. He has ALWAYS been honest, professional and very friendly to deal with. I even call him up for advice on the type of vehicles I am potentially buying to see if there are major things I should be looking out for before I buy or what I might encounter if I do. He guarantees his work and I have always been happy. Best mechanic I have ever dealt with. Prices are reasonable as well so if you are looking for an excellent experience rest assured he and his team will take care of you. I have dealt with other mechanics and felt taken advantage of just because I am a female and didn’t know much about the mechanics of cars but he even showed me things under my car that were not actually replaced with new parts when another shop had said they did the job but just replaced parts with old ones so I’d have to return to get more work done. That to me showed he actually cared about his customers.
