My transit van started to act up just as I was driving on Wellington road in London. I’m from another city and worried about getting help on a Saturday. I saw the big garage doors open and pulled in. The guys here were so busy but took time to put my big van on their large hoist. Within minutes, they helped me and without charge! I’m so grateful that they appeared open and were so accommodating.

Andrew and Shane are top tier for me. When my transmission went in my escape. They were on top of it and had it fixed within days. They helped me figure out payment plans so I could get the eacape back on the road. When i finally totalled it. They walked me through getting it towed and taken away. Most recently I bought a 2014 journey and they have helped me take care of it and have everything I needed replaced and fixed. I highly recommend this location. Andrew is brutally honest and thats exactly what I was looking for cause I have almost no clue about cars. Shane has great energy and makes sure I'm in and out of the shop within an hour. Both these guys make the best experience possible.

My check engine light came on and my regular mechanic said they couldn't see me for 3 weeks. My mother-in-law referred me to VIP AutoPro. They got me in promptly and the diagnosis was that I needed a couple of parts replaced that I already had replaced less than a year ago at my regular mechanic. Shane was super helpful and reminded me that I should have those parts under warranty still and suggested I call my mechanic. I did in fact have the parts unded warranty, but they wouldn't be able to help for weeks and my car wouldn't be safe to drive for that long without the parts I needed. Shane talked to his boss, Andrew, and they went above and beyond, pulled some strings and got the parts honoured for me, even though they didn't have to. My vehicle has had a few more issues with it since and I have called them and they get me in within a few days or less every time. Very reliable and very helpful! Thanks again, guys!

Rupert and the team is amazing at NAPA. Took care of my car and did over $10k of work on the suspension. Car drives brand new after they worked on it, they diagnosed it well and explained the issue very well and made it easy to understand. They met my tight deadline and made sure I had the car before the weekend and the warranty is amazing as well. Didn’t even need to mention I had the warranty, they knew and processed the claim. Best shop to take your car, you’re in great hands!

Excellent experience, had a loose tie rod and a wheel speed sensor go, causing my vehicle to lose traction control, the ABS system then the all wheel drive system shut off due to the cascading effect from the broken wheel speed sensor. This happened on a Fri evening which is a bit challenging because a lot off shops are closed on weekends. Fortunately VIP Autopro was open on Sat and had staff available to assist me with my issues. I dealt with a gentleman named Rupert and he was exceptional at listening to my requirements and giving me a fair quote on price, the staff worked diligently to fix my issues inside of my budget and had the vehicle ready for pick up Mon afternoon. Stellar job, I would definitely recommend this location AAA+ 👍🏻👍🏻
